Every relationship with Design Manifest begins with a 90 minute design consultation in your home. During this meeting we will explore the scope of your design project, discuss ballpark budgeting, fine tune your priorities and review our process and logistics. You have the option of using this time to style areas of your home, discuss color palettes, furniture arrangements, whatever best suits your needs! This is a great opportunity to get a feel for working with Naomi and the Design Manifest team to see if we are a good fit for you and your project. —$350

FULL SERVICE DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Concierge Kitchen Design

This service is the one for you if you have a complex project and want not only full service design but total project management as well. We will guide you through every phase of your custom kitchen project—from initial concept and budgeting to bidding, purchasing and completion. This service includes multiple kitchen layouts, construction plans, renderings, material and finishes specification, custom cabinetry design, construction consulting, project management and material purchasing. Clients may pick and choose services they desire for a totally customized design package.

Concierge Bath Design

We guide our clients through every phase of their custom bath project—from initial concept and budgeting to bidding, purchasing and completion. This includes various bathroom layouts, construction plans, renderings, material and finishes, custom cabinetry design, tile detailing, construction consulting, project management and material purchasing.

Kitchen & Bath Essentials

All of the design essentials you need in a streamlined format. This service is great for those who want Design Manifest's kitchen and bath expertise for their smaller project and are confident ordering materials and managing the construction process independently. We will provide multiple floor plan options, custom cabinetry design and and guide you in selecting material finishes.

Custom Cabinet Design

Design Manifest is a direct wholesaler for two fine custom cabinetmakers. As design and build experts we work with clients and designers/decorators to specify all of the desired details and have dozens of on-hand samples and unlimited color and stain selections for review and consideration. This service is a great option for those that have a kitchen layout that they are happy with but want to finesse the look of the cabinetry.

DESIGN SERVICES | INTERIOR DESIGN & DECORATION

Full Service Interior Design

A collaboration of your aesthetics and our know-how and finesse—we guide our clients through every phase of the decorating process. We provide floor plan options, furniture schemes, material and finish specifications, project management and furniture procurement. We source fabrics and furnishings from a variety of wholesale resources, vintage treasures and big box stores as needed to best fit our clients overall aesthetic and budget.

Shop the Studio

Love the DESIGN MANIFEST style but enjoy decorating on your own? This service was created just for you—during our 2-hour consultation service, you'll gain access to "trade only" products and accessories, in an edited boutique setting with the guidance and expertise of DM owner and designer, Naomi Stein.

~Working on a kitchen? We can develop a comprehensive materials scheme.

~Clueless about your living room? We are a wholesaler of a domestically made upholstery line that is

offered in a plethora of family friendly fabrics. Leave the meeting with a plan for a new sofa and

pillow scheme.
