Design Manifest is a full-service boutique design firm. Creative Director Naomi Stein and her team find true joy in interior problem-solving and the resulting transformation that "manifests" within that living space. Known for designs that are a mix of soul, playfulness, practicality and warmth, Naomi is committed to fostering a creative balance that is reflective of the individual needs and overall aesthetic of every client.

In 2004, Naomi fused her vision for luxury interiors with her father, Andrew Stein's flourishing design + build business, Design Manifest—originally founded in 1986. Together, they designed and remodeled interiors throughout the Main Line and greater Philadelphia area, until Andrew's retirement in 2016.  With over twelve years of her father's expert tutelage, Naomi honed her construction and space planning skills and built a reputation for intelligent design and meticulous execution. Naomi approaches projects with a "best of both worlds" know-how, capable of dramatic transformations that go far beyond fresh colors and chic décor.

As Design Manifest's client base expanded beyond its roots in the Main Line and Philadelphia suburbs into Center City and as far as the Jersey shore, Naomi was inspired to not just relocate but to reinvent the Design Manifest offices to reflect the evolving business. Building Bok—a former school building in South Philadelphia and home to a thriving community of creative entrepreneurs was the perfect spot.

Design Manifest renovated a classroom in the building complete with a fully functioning kitchen, living and dining areas. Hidden inside drawers and cabinets are a select range of tiles, hardware and textiles. The new studio is a home base for client meetings, a design lab to stage and test ideas, and an ever-evolving theory of beautiful living.
