We are a family-run, full service remodeling company.  We provide in-house design and construction serivces for KITCHENS, BATHROOMS, CUSTOM CABINETRY, ADDITIONS AND RESTORATIONS. We work in partnership with owners, who want maximum value for their remodeling dollar while maintaining top quality in both workmanship and materials. We assist our clients through every step of the process from initial needs survey and design to materials selection through project completion. We have a complete crew of designers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other specialists, so that scheduling won't be a problem. PROFESSIONAL DESIGN FOR CUSTOM KITCHEN & BATHS: We offer a complete design service that utilizes a state-of-the-art computerized drafting system. We provide complete construction documents as well as artistic three-dimensional renderings to help our clients envision the space and finishes.  We believe every great construction project must start with a thorough design.  Please see our Design Page for more information on our design phase.

ITEMIZED ESTIMATION: We provide estimates that are itemized and cover the full scope of work. Each aspect is broken down line by the line so that you know exactly where the costs are coming from. Having an "a la carte" menu allows you to allocate your funds where they are most important to you. We put a lot of thought and planning into the estimate to make sure they are accurate. We deliver what we promise and clients won't find the price suddenly changing as the work proceeds

CUSTOM CABINETRY: We are an authorized dealer of two custom cabinet lines. Ram-Wood is a quality, custom line at a very competitive price point. Christiana is furniture-quality cabinetry with exceptional features and finishes at a quality price-point. We can create any look you desire, from clean-lined contemporary to rustic country style to a transitional blend. They offer several architectural details as well as interior "bells and whistles" that will ensure your cabinets are both functional and beautiful. The choice of 14 standard wood species, more than 100 door styles, 61 standard finishes as well as custom created finishes mean we are free to create your dream kitchen-whatever that may be. Samples are available at our showroom.

APPLIANCES AND FIXTURES: We work with our clients to educate them and help them to select the best items for their needs. It is important to select the proper appliances and fixtures, as they drive the designs of the room. Some items are simply too grand in scale and may not be appropriate for a room- for instance a 48" professional range may not fit into a small kitchen. However, it our job to provide solutions to our clients and help them to create a balanced and functional space. We work with reliable vendors who give us excellent pricing. We take responsibility for ordering all materials and receiving materials so that you do not need to worry about it.

GRANITE/MARBLE/TILE/HARDWOOD: Designer, Naomi Stein, assists clients in selecting these materials.  Our goal is to provide durable materials that will look great and coordinate together in the room.  We also provide our clients with tile patterns to create points of interest in the space.  Small details can go a long way- taking a kitchen or bath from a standard design to exceptional.  We work with great vendors who have vast selections and competitive prices.  We will calculate all quantities and order materials.  It is also important to time this all out properly, so that we receive delivery in a timely manner and keep your job running smoothly.

FINISHING DETAILS:  Depending on your level of need, we can help you with finishing touches to your room.  Naomi assists clients in paint consultations, window treatments, decorative lighting, fabric selections and decorative hardware.  While some companies view these as afterthoughts, Naomi feels they are the “jewelry” of the room- giving it a distinct personality and adding warmth and ambiance.

QUALITY INSTALLATION:  With over 30 years of experience as a general contractor, Andrew Stein manages all installations along with his skilled team. While some kitchen dealers only want to supply the cabinetry, we do the entire job from demo to final trim. We do structural changes and alterations as well as cabinetry, flooring, appliances, countertops, backsplashes, trim and millwork, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, doors, and much more.  In order for jobs to run as smoothly as possible we assure permits have been pulled, materials have been received and proper construction methods are employed.  Jobsites are kept tidy, floors are always covered and dust is kept to a minimum. Andrew is dedicated to producing fine craftsmanship in a efficient manner.  Most of our clients live in their homes during construction and we are very sensitive to this and try to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
