Local Haverford Mansion

When our client SZ from Haverford bought a mansion in serious disrepair, she hired us. She wanted to restore the circa 1909 mansion in a historically correct fashion. We painstakingly reproduced architectural elements and construction details to their original condition. All aspects of the structure were evaluated and brought up to modern standards. The work included an addition, roofing, plumbing, electrical, windows, siding, kitchen and baths, marble, granite, trim work, crown and custom cabinetry. Even the driveway was updated with Belgian block borders and custom iron gates.

Wynnewood Fire Restoration

Another client in North Wynnewood had a fire that damaged the roof and the top two floors of the house. These clients were busy professionals who dreaded the prospect of dealing with insurance companies and a multitude of vendors. We were referred to them by a client who we have done numerous projects for over the past thirty years. We were able to handle this project from beginning to end. We interfaced with their insurance company, assisted with all material and finish selections. We completed the project under budget and on time.
