Labor of Love

Happy Valentines Day my loves!  Any romantic, self indulgent, or escapist plans for the night?  I have a little something planned with the hunny… crossing my fingers it works out.

I have a lot of love to give.  Not just to my man, my pug, my family or friends, I’ve poured a lot of love into projects as well.  So I thought I dedicate today to my labor of loves; my DIY’s.  Recaps / Pictures / Links below.

Wow, that’s a lot of LOVE!  I hope you enjoyed my little recap.  What’s your favorite DIY project you’ve done?

And do tell, have any of you tried my DIYs?  I would love to know!
  1. These are some of the most impressive DIYs around…I can’t believe you did them all! *whistle* That’s a lot of work! Count me impressed with Alex and wishing you a happy V-day (c;

  2. My favorite thing to do is make my own art. I still get intimidated by it but you can always start over if you don’t like it! I really want to try upholstering a small chair or ottoman soon too like you!

  3. That bird cage is the prettiest shade of pink. And I like the whole idea of putting a plant inside.

    For Valentines Day my honey got me three guns. No joke. BEST gift EVER.

  4. Erin

    Where is all your energy coming from, and can I have some?

    Thanks.

    Can i ask a favor to those who design all of that thing? Because i want to build a house and make a great design that will look perfect to my eyes!

  6. OMG…guess I know what I am doing for the next hour…you are terribly talented for real…..

  7. I have not specifically did one of these but I did slipcover my sofa because you convinced me a slipcover could look modern, not shabby chic. I’m very happy with the results (although it was a ton of work.)

  8. Hi there. I am a newly qualified Interior Designer working in UK. I have just found your blog and it is so inspiring! Your loft is beautiful and the wonderful photography really sets off your design. I look forward to your new posts!

  9. Not sure how I made my way over here, to your lovely blog. I think it was pinterest ( no doubt) but, SO happy I did! So inspired by your style, the adorable shots of you jumping around your new backyard and can NOT wait to see what you do with “The Cottage”. :)
