Hermes & Pillows

During one of my regular catch-ups on Molly Luetkemeyer’s blog, I became enamored with several Hermes ad campaigns she displayed.  The colors, locations and compilations are truly inspiring.    And it just so happens that their ads pair surprisingly well with the pillows I featured with my room schemes last Thursday.

A few of you asked for more details on the pillows I chose.  Here they are bigger and better, along side some captivating ads…

…and, yea that fabulous chair seems to have a coordinating partner as well…
Oh Baby.

First, how did I not know about the Molly Loot blog? Secondly, my favorite pairing is the John Robshaw/elephant combo…simply perfect.

  3. Fabulous photo/pillow pairing!! I did something similar on my blog, in the Art in Life section, with paintings that I would put in rooms. But I have to say you did a much better job of it!

John Robshaw and Trina Turk would have lovely textile babies.

  6. what a great post, I love the fashion/interiors interpretations!

  7. You are too good. I didn’t get around to commenting on your mixology so I will now. Love all your room combos but I think the first one is my favorite because of those chairs. Oh, those chairs. They haunt me. Curse you, 1st Dibs! I’m also loving that CB2 watercolor pillow. Much more in my league! By the way, what software/program do you use for your mood boards?

  8. I love Molly’s work and her blog. And I love your pillow picks! Plussssss….. you did a fantastic job on your boards on Thursday. LLUVIT!
