Featured in Main Line Today

I’m so honored to be featured in the July issue of Main Line Today!  Not only is it the “Best of” issue and the most popular of the year, but it is my hometown magazine; the place I grew up and the base where I run my business.  Locals, you can check it out at Whole Foods!  (That’s where I bought several copies.  And showed my picture to the check out guy, like a big dork.)

Something about local press… well it hits home more than the other stuff.  It doesn’t faze me that hundreds, actually thousands of you stop by here everyday.  I’m honored, I’m appreciative, but honestly I don’t think too much about it.  But when I think of an acquaintance’s friend, or my mom’s client’s sister, or someone from my high school reading about me, that’s when I get a little squeamish.  In fact, I find myself hyper editing myself as I type this little write up.

Any who, I just have to keep being ME, doing my thing and designing and blogging what I love.  That seems to have brought me success so far, and I couldn’t be more thrilled by the support- local, national or international.  Y’all rock.  Thanks for reading.

PS- two project photo shoots in the next two weeks.  For-real reveals soon!

PPS- I’m sitting in my clients living room in this shot.  It’s my “neutral job.”  I really do love this space.  I look forward to photographing it once I finish the whole home to properly show the room in its whole glory.

Congratulations! Thousands of readers on a national level is nice, but it’s the local press that will get you a backlog of work. Nice write-up, great photo. You go girl!
