My clients W had a funky little teeny powder room that they asked me to makeover. I love small spaces- they are just begging for a fun wallpaper and that’s just what we did. We also added a petite little wall-mount sink. My clients had ripped out the previous sink before we came into the picture. They told me it was much too large for the space. Scale is so important in small places!
An addition turned a window in the powder into an awkward nook. We wallpapered the nook, added glass shelves and filled them with candles and pretties.
I’ve long loved Osborne and Little’s Asuka paper, so I was so glad my clients went for it in this space. It has the perfect amount of shimmer. A vintage mirror and black and white photography taken by my client completes the room.
I adore this little powder room now!

you completely transformed that room – the nook is one of the best parts now. dm rocked this one out.
Such a gem of a space! So pretty.
Just what I needed to wake my butt up this morning. The wallpaper was a great choice and the glass shelves are brillz. Love!
Gurrrl – the hits just keep on comin’! (and please do)

Love it. Do you have a source for the sink? Our itty bitty half bath is in need of a new one desperately.
Asuka makes me smile every time. Love it so much. This looks gorgeous.
Gorge!
Such style and impact in such a little space. Pretty, pretty!
beautiful! great choice on the wallpaper – what a fun project
awesome job!
Perfect example of how wallpaper can create drama in a small space. That bath will not go unnoticed now
I was second guessing my decision to paper our own powder room, but this is giving me the confidence to dewit.
Awesome as always!
Have always loved that paper and this was the perfect place for it! Yummy. I’m pinning this now!
Fabulous little makeover. You always nail it with your wallpaper choices!
So perfect…just another excuse to spend more time in the powder room (c; That wallpaper kills me every time!
Very clever to use that little nook for storage. It’s awkward no mo’. Hooray for clients who allow you to get fun with the wallpaper.
I bet with all that shine it makes the powder room look larger! so cute!
I love that wallpaper in the small room! Great impact and makes it feel cozy instead of cramped. Great job!! I’m starting to love wallpaper for little nooks around the house, but after all the effort it is [still] taking to get this old junk from the 80s down, I’m not sure I have the heart for it!
Great job! At first, I thought that was Caitlin Wilson’s wallpaper. I find myself wanting to see more photos. Please post an after shot that shows the area with the toilet. I cannot quite get the feel for the room with the shots all being so high above the floor. I love the niche and the way its reflection is centered in the mirror. Also, the way you made the switch plate invisible.
Good job photographing such a small space! It’s purty! Now excuse me while I go calculate the costs of removing the giant sink in my tiny bathroom.
it’s gorgeous, naomi!
One of my favorite patterns of all time
Oooo, purty. You’d never get me out of there.
