We are expanding the team at Design Manifest and I am in need of an Office Manager! I’m seeking someone who is extremely organized, meticulous and trustworthy to complete our team. This is a part-time position with room to grow. We currently need about 20 hours a week. The office manager must be able to work from our Ardmore, PA office.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and Paying the Bills
- Invoicing Clients
- Entering data into spreadsheets
- Purchasing Materials
- Tracking Materials/ Following Up with Vendors
- Reconciling Accounts
- Maintaining the office/studio supplies
- Managing Filing system
- Bank Deposits, Mail Drop-offs/Pick-Ups and the occasional errand
- Organizing Everything
You will be working in Quickbooks, Excel, Google Sheets and Dropbox. Major Bonus Points for the ability to troubleshoot technology issues and/or experience in WordPress.
You should delight in bringing and maintaining order to the office. You need to be the grounded, organized Yin to my creative, chaotic Yang. I’m looking for a motivated team member who is excited to help build a small, thriving, woman-run design firm. I will work with and train the right person to learn Design Manifest’s specific operations.
