Kitchen – Bala Cynwyd
This house originally had small, separate kitchen and dining rooms. We took down a bearing wall in between the two rooms to create a larger, brighter, eat-in kitchen.
Kitchen Details
New hardwood floors were installed in the room. The clients chose a natural cherry cabinet with shaker style door. Cabinets were custom made by Ram-Wood Cabinetry. The kitchen features all new appliances, including a cabinet-depth Amana refrigerator.
We closed in one doorway which allowed us space for a row of tall cabinets for pantry and other storage.

Multi Level Island
The island has two levels. The preparation zone at standard cabinet height and includes sink, dishwasher, pull-out double trash can, as well as other storage. The eating area is lowered to be at standard table height.
