 ANDREW STEIN – President, Design Manifest
Andrew Stein, CKD, CBD has thirty five years experience in the residential construction industry. A veteran carpenter, he is also a skilled tile setter, cabinet maker, craftsman and designer. He has been recognized by the National Kitchen and Bath Association as a certified kitchen designer and certified bath designer. He has also served as treasurer and president to the Mid-Atlantic chapter of the NKBA. He personally oversees every design and manages all installations and job sites. His reputation, personal integrity and professionalism are well know throughout the Main Line.
NAOMI STEIN – Designer & Office Manager
Naomi Stein joined the DM team full-time in 2004. As Andrew's daughter, she grew up around construction sites and has always found the remodeling process to be fascinating. She has a knack for space planning and enjoys the challenges that come with small or odd-shaped rooms. A graduate of Penn State's Smeal College of Business, Naomi is also a candidate for Moore College of Art's Interior Decorating Certification. She has a strong knowledge of architectural and furniture styles, as well as kitchen-specific topica such as the function and aesthetic of cabinetry, appliances, countertops, tiles and more. Naomi is committed to staying on top of new products, styles and trends in the industry and consistently attends seminars and design shows to bring the best knowledge and ideas to our clients.
THE DM CONSTRUCTION TEAM
Our team includes skilled craftsmen, finish carpenters and tile setters. We provide most of the construction trades and strive to complete our projects with as much in-house staff as possible. Our subcontractors include our plumber and electrician, who we have worked with for over twenty years, as well as our granite fabricator and hardwood flooring specialist. We choose our partners carefully and we supervise them to ensure the highest quality. Each Design Manifest employee and partner share the company's goal to go above and beyond the call of duty. Our foremen have combined experience of over 100 years. They are knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of you and your property.
OFFICE & SHOP
Our showroom is a great resource to our clients. We have several cabinetry types, door styles and finish options. We feature counter samples, fabrics, tiles, flooring samples and literature. This is where the aesthetic and color scheme of your design will come together. We also have a shop that is fully equipped. We have the ability to fabricate projects onsite when needed, avoiding costly delays in production.
Our office and workshop is located in Bala Cynwyd – within 15 minutes from everywhere in Lower Merion. We know the area and the architecture of the homes very well. In fact, it is very likely that we have designed or remodeled a kitchen or bathroom within a few blocks of your home! It is quick and convenient for us to come out to your home for meetings, or to make an emergency repair.
